With offices located in Manhattan, Long Island, Hartford, Stamford, Parsippany, and Princeton, our associates service clients throughout the Tri-state area. Ideal candidates should have: - Large consulting firm or Fortune 1000 company background - A minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience - Extensive understanding of all areas of Human Resources required - Significant functional experience in designing and implementing benefits, base compensation, and incentive compensation (bonus and rewards) plans - Proven expertise researching, developing and implementing policies and procedures for benefit and compensation plans - Considerable experience managing all facets of benefits and compensation projects ensuring that schedule and quality goals are met while working with multiply locations - Experience working with self-funded benefits plans a plus - Proven experience helping prioritize business requirements - Strong change management skills - Bachelors degree and relevant work experience required - MA/MBA degree a plus - CEBS, CCP, CBP, or SHRM designation a plus As a member of Resource's elite group of global professionals, you will have the opportunity to partner with clients - ranging from mid-size companies to the Fortune 100 to execute their internal initiatives.
