Human Capital Specialist

Hemsley Fraser has been partnering with client organizations across the globe since 1991 to deliver human capital and learning and development solutions that improve performance and drive business results.  We are experts in learning, combining rich content and industry knowledge to create compelling training experiences for participants.  In addition, we “think beyond learning” to ensure that the overall training experience is aligned with desired business outcomes and results in value for both the individual and the organization.

In addition to our international, private sector facing learning and development practice, Hemsley Fraser is rapidly growing a Federal human capital practice.  Our Federal team, located across the greater Washington metropolitan area, work side by side with clients on subject areas such as organizational development, recruitment, HR/DEU audit, supervisory training, performance management, HR policy, and human capital strategic planning.  Our team includes former Federal human capital employees who are experienced and noted in the respectivel fields -- most with significant prior experience at the GS-15 and SES levels.

Newly established on GSA Scheulde and looking to expand our Federal business, we are seeking 1-2 Federal human capital consultants, preferrably with experience in a multitude of human capital disciplines.

Our team is small and close nit, providing an excellent opportunity for someone that is interested in transitioning to the contractor world, but not interested in the bureacracy of the larger beltway firms.  And we're fun!

Hemsley Fraser is proud of its tradition of providing a collegial work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.  Each team member has the right to work in a professional atmosphere which promotes equal opportunity and prohibits discriminatory practices or harassment based on ancestry, national origin, race, color, religion, age, disability, marital status, genetics, sexual orientation, or sex, including pregnancy and childbirth.
