Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products. - Prior experience managing a large array of healthcare information systems and advanced clinical system products. - Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage up, down and across levels of the organization. - Preferred experience with the revenue cycle in a healthcare provider operation. - BS/BA degree required - 10+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience - Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills - Flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach.
