And, simply, by being more than your typical human resources consulting practice.  Human Resources Transformation Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.HR Transformation Senior Managers will consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies. Senior Managers sell, manage and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients. Senior Managers contribute to the growth and development of the HR Transformation practice through engagement management, business development, practice development & eminence, and people development.  Required Skills: - At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large scale, complex Human Capital Transformation engagements. - At least 3 years of experience in the areas of HR business process design, HR service delivery strategy, HR outsourcing advisory, and/or shared service center design and implementation coupled with HR systems selection. - At least 2 years of experience managing project economics including planning and budgeting - At least 1 year of experience as a coach and/or counselor to junior staff members. - At least 1 year of experience in a revenue-generating role against a specified sales target - Bachelors Degree - Ability to travel 80-100% of the time.  Preferred Skills: - At least three years of large-scale, external consulting experience. - Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. - Experience managing day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. - Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. - Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. - Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. - Excellent verbal communication, research and writing skills - Majority of engagement experience focused in the Life Sciences Industry About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
