Our organization seeks an HR Generalist with a career track interest in developing sharp HR consulting skills. This internal position will offer the successful candidate opportunities to dynamically impact critical organizational initiatives such as employee development, recruiting, performance management and employee relations.
The HR Generalist will partner with senior HR and OD consultants to craft human resources strategy in support of best practices human capital management. This internal HR position requires an extremely perceptive individual with two to three years of demonstrated success relating to individuals at all levels within an organization.

Required areas of experience:
· Employment laws and HR compliance.
· Strategic staffing and recruiting.
· Employee relations.
· Compensation and benefits.
· Performance management.
· Training and development.
· Human resources administration.
Preferred qualifications:
· B.S. degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
· PHR a PLUS!
· 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources field, with exposure to most HR disciplines.
· Working knowledge of HRIS administration.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Independent work style with a talent for collaborating with teams.
· High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, along with a strong orientation to using personal computers in a network setting.
