HR/Benefits Manager

Accounting Principals specializing in the placement of accounting and financial professionals is currently seeking a Benefits Manager for a contract opportunity with a dynamic company. This position is responsible for the planning, development and administration of the company’s Employee Benefit Programs, including health, dental, life, disability, cafeteria plan, 401K, EAP, and other related programs. The incumbent provides critical input into the overall direction of the HRIS System, ensures the timely and accurate implementation of all upgrades and revisions, and coordinates the systems training effort within HR as well as managers and employees. College degree and 5-7 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits and Payroll.
