The Global Outsourcing Sales Channel Manager is part of a global team responsible for driving awareness, positive perception and lead generation from important sales channels such as advisors and analysts. The GOS Sales Channel Manager plays a key role in supporting OS Sales Channel strategy, creating, packaging and communicating high-quality content, and implementing and utilizing innovative communications vehicles to accomplish the objectives of the Global OS Sales Channel Program. Specific Responsibilities: • Manage advisor/analyst extranet content and user adoption targeting advisor and analyst channel (working closely with Group Comms and Global OS Marketing to ensure existing content is leveraged and messages are aligned)• Measure and monitor advisor/analyst extranet usage and execute campaigns to drive user adoption and satisfaction globally• Identify and implement innovative enhancements and features for advisor/analyst extranet; interface and coordinate with Group and Local webmasters and EDGE team; manage web agencies and vendors related to advisor/analyst extranet content• Implement and manage content/information requests, submissions and databases from/for advisors and analysts; define and manage coordinated and efficient process working with internal SMEs, Weber Shandwick and other stakeholders• Maintain proactive and strategic Communications Plan, Strategy and Outreach Calendar; work with Channel Sales Director, Global OS Marketing Director and internal stakeholders to identify content, topics, timing and key messages tailored to advisor and analyst channel • Write and package content (complimentary and aligned to existing content) to support communications plan; customize and target content for advisor and analyst channel and specific vehicles such as advisor/analyst extranet, webcasts, videos, briefings and center tours• Support OS Sales Channel projects such as center tours, events and other special projects KPIs• High quality/on-time production of content packaged for advisors and analysts• Number of hits and downloads on advisor/analyst extranet• Number of leads, inquiries and interaction via extranet• Feedback on content from advisors and analysts• Feedback on extranet features and benefits from advisors and analysts Requirements: Understanding of outsourcing business and content and advisor and analyst channels Knowledge of eMarketing/web tools and vehicles (extranets, webcasts etc.) Proficiency in PowerPoint Strong message development and writing skills High degree of comfort working in virtual environment Strong program and project management, organizational and time management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and detail oriented Job Title: Global Outsourcing Channel Manager Location: New York, NY 10001 Job Status Full Time, Employee Job Category: Business/Strategic Management
