Job Description:

eLoyalty is looking for motivated business professionals to join our management consulting team. As a business strategy analyst you will work with our clients' executive teams to help develop strategies for transforming their customer relationships. Your work will involve assessing business operations, developing strategic recommendations for operational improvements and prioritizing those recommendations to optimize the timing of investments. The work you perform will help lay a foundation for ongoing projects performed by other eLoyalty professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in:Developing or supporting the development of business cases Analyzing and modeling operational data Interpreting business requirements Interviewing executive clients and developing consolidated vision statements Developing strategies for initiating enterprise CRM transformations Providing business guidance for phasing the development of CRM solutions Strategy analysis

In addition, we are seeking candidates with:Business, Mathematics or Economics background Writing and presentation skills Experience with MS Office Suite (esp. Excel) Strategy design experienceExperience with business planning and financial modeling Experience with enterprise systems transformation (preferably CRM) Self-Motivated and Highly Flexible approach Strong communication and interviewing skills Strong quantitative analytical skills
