Our successful marketing executive search practice seeks a sharp, energetic individual to recruit nationwide for a niche marketing practice within the group.  The ideal candidate will have previous product/brand management, market research and/or direct/database/analytical marketing experience.  This individual must be an entrepreneurial, smart, go-getter that isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make outbound cold calls to new clients and new candidates nationwide.  You will be responsible for all company and candidate introductions, research efforts, new business development, scheduling, negotiations and final placement requirements. Must be able to manage your own time, work effectively and be a tremendous multi-tasker. Excellent computer skills, internet and phone skills required.

 

Proactively work to develop search strategies, ensuring that you are providing the most relevant up-to-date information and sources. You will be responsible for sourcing, lead generation, identification, qualification, pre-screening of candidates for placement and presentation efforts to clients in revenue generating positions nationwide.

 

Bachelors degree required.  Previous product/brand marketing, market research and/or direct/database/analytical marketing experience preferred.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work in self-disciplined environment required.  Must be well-organized with good time management skills.  Knowledge of internet job sites and tools a plus.  Tenacious problem solving skills and strong attention to detail a must.  This is a results oriented position that requires a strong desire to work hard to see all projects to completion. Ability to translate client business needs into successful projects.  Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills and professional phone skills a must!
