Executive Assistant This highly visible Executive Assistant will support a dynamic Human Resource Vice President. The role includes: Support executive responsibilities by planning and executing senior administrative duties. General office management including managing the VP's calendar; coordinating extensive travel; preparing and processing expense reports, general filing and organizational responsibilities. Facilitate information flow within the region, organize and triage to ensure timely and appropriate handling. Large scale meeting planning which may require extended hours. Prepare and/or edit professional letters, documents, and presentations. Manage confidential information flow. Respond and facilitate the resolution of customer issues. Problem solving and project management. Interact with a variety of people including other senior executives, government officials, customers, and external executives. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated track record of accomplishments, fulfillment of commitments, and reliability at the executive level for 7 years. An exceptional degree of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation are a must. Energetic team player, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both written and orally. Superb skills in Word and Power Point.   Advanced in Excel for custom reporting.  People Soft software experience preferred.  Must be self-directed and able to work independently, multi-task and handle ever changing priorities. Able to work against deadlines and stressful situations. Strong sense of urgency. Must be highly organized while still being flexible. Must be able to work core business hours with the ability to work overtime to manage company events as needed.
