Stafford Business Solutions, Inc. Is Expanding To FOUR New Locations This Year

 

Stafford is a premiere, privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm based in the Philadelphia area.  We are expanding and looking for individuals to gain the sales experience necessary to grow in the industry. This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects.  Therefore, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, above average work ethic and strong values and integrity who can be trusted one on one with our business clients at all levels. 

 

This past year we have acquired more business from our clients than we can handle and we are looking for key players to help contribute to our expansion.  We expanded last month and plan to expand to four more new locations within the year.  Our biggest focus is developing management, so we require all individuals to train and be strong at all levels of business to prepare for this growth.


At Stafford, we provide our clients with a unique opportunity for both retention of current customers, as well as the acquisition of new customers. Through focused and effective direct communication with our client's business, we are able to increase their market share, while creating a positive image for each and every client.


Junior Sales/Marketing Associates are responsible for the following:
* Meeting with business owners to consult them on service changes our client is currently providing them
* Assisting in new client acquisition and increasing market-share

 * Assisting in the daily operation of our company
* Developing and implementing original training techniques to achieve internal goals
* Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
* Managing external client/customer needs
* Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Individuals with above average performance in these categories qualify for promotions based on results, not seniority. 

Strong performance-based pay structure is available throughout the developmental program.  Benefits are offered after 90 days.
