JOB DESCRIPTION:Project Analyst will:- Support the Portfolio Management team in meeting its service level goals to internal business users/stake holders.The Portfolio Management team supports the EPM process, provides training, creates consolidated status reports, support Functional Managers and the Executive Steering Committee.- Help drive the use of the Clarity tool by Functional Managers, Resource Managers, Project Managers, and executive stakeholders.- Identify tool capabilities and justify business needs that must be identified, matched, and prioritized.- Will also help further develop MS Project to Clarity integration, further development of training material created, and rolled out to the user community. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Resource must produce deliverables by the due date established by the Internal Portfolio Manager.- Resource must support PMO customers, including Internal Projects stakeholders and Clarity users, responding to all requests within 24 hours (on business days).- Providing positive customer service to all stakeholders (ie no negative feedback from stakeholders.) is expected.- Deliverables must be accepted by the Internal Portfolio Manager. REQUIRED SKILLS:- Intermediate level MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills.- Business analysis skills - Must be able to analyze business processes and procedures.- Ability to create presentations.- Ability to converse and work with a wide variety of business users and stakeholders of all levels and technical abilities.- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
