Education / Experience:Requires an associates degree in a related area and a minumum of 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Roles and Responsibilities:Translates business specifications into user documentation.Plans, writes, and maintains systems and user support documentation efforts, including online help screen.Relies on instructions and pre established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.Works under limited supervision.Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Enterprise Change Analyst/Responsible for managing the flow of incoming and in process change notices through the use of on line change management tools.Knowledge of common ERP systems recommended.Engineering or technical experience recommended.Computer experience required.Some travel (10%) may be required.
