About the Position:
We are seeking a Director of Relationship Manager to join our team of professionals. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 10+ years of proven sales success in a quota carrying client management or consultative selling position. The successful candidate also has the following skills:

· Experience selling in a collaborative environment to Fortune class companies.
· Proven experience managing client relationships, achieving revenue goals and managing personal sales strategies.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills; must be able to present Integrity solutions to senior-level clients with professionalism and credibility.
· Effective organization and time management skills.
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, small team environment with the ability to work effectively within the Client Services team, cross-functional teams and independently.
· Thrive on the challenge of crafting solutions where there is ambiguity about exactly what the client’s problem is and what solution is right for them.

In this relationship management role, there is an assigned sales quota that requires cultivating and managing strong relationships with existing Integrity clients. Client retention and growth are achieved through proactive engagement, planning, collaboration, enthusiasm, and a high level of execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Establish and maintain strategic dialogs and relationships to retain clients and win referrals.
· Execute relationship management sales process to successfully drive retention and growth activities.
· Generate incremental revenues from existing clients by expanding overall footprint and selling additional Integrity products and services.
· Collaborate with Integrity clients and internal resources to design and deliver best practice Ethics & Compliance Risk Management Programs.
· Participate in cross-functional teams to assist in identifying and delivering new tools and services of value to Integrity’s client community.
· Maintain an annual quota and achieve revenue targets and performance metrics as set by the Senior Management Team.
· Utilize CRM (salesforce.com) system to manage and track all client activities and progress.
 
Location:
This position is based in beautiful Waltham, Massachusetts.
 
Compensation:
Compensation includes competitive salary with annual bonus potential. Additionally, Integrity Interactive offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance and more.
