Your Ingenuity is welcome!Strategic business manager responsible for profitability objectives including contract execution of high tech O&M business with multiple Support Services and Project Management offering. Accountable for facility performance on large, multi-site, high risk, highly visible contracts typically up to $15.0M in size. Establish partnership with customers and develop a "C-Level" contact to pursue strategic outsourcing of total facility management. Meets contractual obligations and customer satisfaction objectives. Participates in contract renewal efforts and promotes expansion of contract scope. Analyzes facility management business to identify & communicate to the business, potential cost reduction opportunities and additional Facility Management offerings. BS Degree, Masters preferred. Minimum 10 years experience. Expert technical knowledge of facility management & business services. Operational business expertise to effectively integrate critical information from diverse areas. Requires extensive, business and industry knowledge. Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and communicate effectively with customers. Strong background and experience in Corporate Hospitality.
