Position Overview
The talented Contracts Specialist will support the General Counsel in cradle to grave contract administration. This position is responsible for researching, reviewing and processing contracts, as well as supporting Request for Proposals (RFP) and Teaming Agreements.
Essential Functions
· Analyzing Request for Proposals (RFP) to determine customers’ requirements and contractual risks.
· Review and preparation of Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and Subcontract Agreements
· Prepares documentation as necessary in the execution of contract requirements.
· Maintains RFP database and files
· Interacts with engagement teams, contract team members to gather information, and Infrastructure teams on appropriate contractual compliance
· Provides negotiation support, as required
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree 3+ years experience with contacts administrationThorough knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures as they pertain to the contracting arena.Proven experience with MS Office Suite products Strong problem solving, negotiation and innovative thinking skillsMust be very detail oriented and organizedOutstanding analysis skillsStrong project management skillsPossession of excellent oral communication skillsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsMust be authorized to work for any US employer
