Experience with various Internet recruiting tools.

Ability to direct source qualified candidates.

Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Excellent time management and planning skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent work ethic and a high level of professionalism and integrity.

You Will Perform:

Direct source qualified, candidates for client companies.

Recruit, screen and qualify candidates.

Schedule phone interviews as well as in-person interviews for candidates.

Conduct reference checks and background verification.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
