Provide appropriate departments with instructions and authority to proceed with contracted work. Negotiate exceptions, price and delivery changes. Maintain personal, phone, and written communication with customers. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Business/Technical Field with a minimum 2 years experience in similar field. Experience with FAR, terms and conditions as they apply to specific dollar value procurement. Ability to analyze problems related to procurement, production, and delivery. Ability to hand multiple priorities. Attention to detail. Responsiveness and professional presence. Ability to make decisions with limited direction.
