The PC Lab Technician will be responsible for configuring, delivering and installing PC hardware, software and peripherals at a scientific research facility. Tasks include:conducting computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems providing technical assistance and support answering end user inquiries regarding computer hardware or software operationThe successful candidate will have:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience excellent customer service skills familiarity/experience with desktop support familiarity/experience with Microsoft Office software familiarity/experience with hardware installation and support preferredThis position requires walking and driving around the facility, and lifting computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.ICF International offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary.
