Maintain work instructions for archive tape processing and vendor management. Maintain inventory of transport containers. Emergency recall of containers/tapes from Iron Mountain as needed for data restores. Perform daily audit of tapes returning from Iron Mountain. - Administrator privileges assigned to me for Iron Mountain Secure Sync Site so EES user security privileges can be maintained. - UNIX Account Maintenance Requests (including but not limited to creating new accounts, modifying or deleting accounts, resetting passwords, etc.)- Monitor Data Center environmentals via Site Scan. Acknowledge alarms and take appropriate action where necessary. Print weekly Site Scan Report. - Locate and mount AS400 software for maintenance/upgrade purposes.- Monitor server backups on ADIC via VERITAS NetBackup - Add/remove tapes from ADIC tape library. Maintain level of tapes in library. - Troubleshoot hardware issues involving ADIC library.- Add/remove tapes from AS400 tape library. Work to maintain appropriate level of tapes in library.- Perform required compliance activity such as checklists, logs, and escorting outside vendors to and from Data Center - Responsible for maintenance and delivery of SOX testing for Backup Disaster Recovery and Physical Security. - Coordinate requests for time off and backfill for night shift/weekend operators- SOP revisions as necessary. - Asset tag management. - Act as liaison between Security/Badging and personnel needing Data Center access. - Monitor performance of systems utilizing software support tools- Interface with customers and appropriate support groups to resolve complex issues.- Maintain systems documentation.- Respond to help desk issues; escalate via PICASSO.- Attend T-CAB meetings as necessary.- Daily print Comp Ops Shift Log to put in binderTAKE ACTION!Why wait another day?It is time to act!Apply NOW and join the CDI Team TODAY!!!
