Management Consulting Services Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Reference Code 15926.749738.55028 CDI IT Solutions is currently looking for a Compliance Manager.Primary Job Responsibilities:Conduct compliance reviews including, but not limited to, risk assessments and internal Anti Money Laundering (AML ) compliance quality reviews.Work with various business units and Senior Management within Operations, Legal and Compliance during reviews.Review policies and procedures, regulatory compliance training for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Analyze data for evidence of deficiencies in controls or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and management policies and procedures, and assist with correcting such deficiencies.Other duties as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and/or manager. Experience:3-5 years total experience with Compliance at a financial institution.3+ years proven experience in managing a team of employees.Experience in a regulatory compliance department within a financial institution required.Experience in an Internet company, financial institution or transaction processor preferred.Experience in a Call Center/Customer Contact Center environment a plusCommand of Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Creative problem solver; self starter, decision making skills.Knowledge of Financial Operations; working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act; USA Patriot Act & OFAC.Ability to direct and motivate others.Detail oriented; analytical.Well developed sense of urgency and follow through.Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.Must be a team player willing to support and accept the total quality processes and systems.Ability to work productively with all levels in an organization, time management skills and follow through.Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
