We are seeking a dynamic, aggressive, technical lead professional that is looking for a leadership role for overall project management responsibilities. This is a rare opportunity with an existing technically advanced group, with a strong backlog and an excellent client base.
Client Service Manager for our Utility Services Discipline. This individual will serve as the primary company liaison between our clients, our project teams, and our technical staff in order to develop, implement and monitor processes that drive 100% client satisfaction; build and lead project specific teams that meet and exceed client expectations; support the mission, strategic goals and driving force of the company as they relate to client satisfaction, employee development, and fiscal responsibility; contribute to the financial QA/QC objectives of the company; report to and support the goals and policies of the Discipline Director, COO and CEO.
Requirements:BS or Master's degree in engineering from an A.B.E.T accredited college or university. Florida Professional Engineering License required10+ years civil engineering experience in Water & Wastewater with a minimum 5 years experience project leader levelExperience with the aspects of business and/or technical development of an engineering firmDemonstrated performance in client identification and other marketing and sales techniques.
