Our current project assignments range in length from 6 – 12 months and are full time.  Most of the work is done in Houston and requires very little, if any travel.

Demonstrated Experience

 

A qualified candidate must be adept at developing conceptual strategies, delivering implementation solutions, while still providing “hands onâ€� implementation support.  Successful candidates are analytical problem solvers and behavioralists, who are able to quickly identify opportunities, develop strategies to bring direction and action, provide resolution, and deliver immediate business value.  Successful candidates must be able to manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and perform well in stressful environments while working independently or on a team. The candidates who perform well live for these opportunities not through these opportunities.

 

Required Experience

 

· Internal or external management consulting experience

· Strong business and/or functional acumen

· Ability to guide senior management through complex changes

· Ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions and levels in national or global companies

· Ability to plan and lead the implementation of behavioral, cultural, organizational, process, or technical changes in large companies

· Ability to facilitate senior project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results

· Ability to work within a project-based environment, implement change within a defined consulting methodology
