We are looking for a Buyer Assistant.Position Description:Act as a team member on projects such as Purchase Order follow-up review with suppliers, Shortage tracking and reporting, and Inventory Control Issues. Would prefer previous planning/buying/expediting or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidate must be computer literate with intermediate experience on MS Excel along with Windows. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and work independently with minimal supervision is needed for this position as well as being very detailed oriented.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of buying and planning experience required.
