Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Five to seven years of solid, diverse work experience in Technology. 5+ years of experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and project requirements. 5 + years of experience with analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. 5+ years experience with use cases and creating functional specifications. 1-2 years of experience with J2EE systems. A good understanding of J2EE systems and the ability to manage and supervise data transfer between multiple systems is required. Should be able to identify what type of validations / data checks shall be required at both the front end and at server level. Familiarity with intranet and web applications. Familiarity with data flow diagrams and general understanding of J2EE architecture. Excellent communication skills.
