With offices located in Manhattan, Long Island, Hartford, Stamford, Parsippany, and Princeton, our consultants service clients throughout the Tri-state area. Ideal candidates should have: - Large consulting firm or Fortune 1000 company background - A minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience - Bachelors degree and relevant work experience - Significant functional experience using, implementing or upgrading back-office accounting, finance, supply chain, HR, and payroll systems including SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Lawson, and Hyperion - Considerable experience in planning and conducting analysis of a business processes and problems - Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Workflow documentation expertise - Extensive experience in translating business problems/requirements into technical specifications for configuration or development - Design, configuration and conversion experience - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) know-how - Systems quality assurance (QA) testing experience using automated testing tools - Project change management experience with facilitation of training and communications - Proven experience with reporting tools such as Hyperion, Cartesis, Cognos, Crystal Reports, OutlookSoft, Khalix, or Business Objects - CPA and/or Finance & Accounting experience a plus As a member of Resource's elite group of global professionals, you will have the opportunity to partner with clients - ranging from mid-size companies to the Fortune 100 to execute their internal initiatives.
