Associate Director has developed an understanding of benchmarking, the Gartner benchmarking process and can apply the benchmarking tools and processes in a number of client settings. Associate Director has deep knowledge and skills in at least one key technical area Enterprise Computing, Telecommunications, Client & Peripherals, Helpdesk, Application Development or OutsourcingKey Responsibilities: et with client and develop project questions, gain understanding of the client's environment and assure that recommendations can be implemented.et with client and utilize Gartners benchmarking tools to gather data, validate and analyze data and develop recommendations related to IT efficiency & effectivenessrform analyzes and develop client deliverable appropriate to the specific benchmarking engagement.th guidance from an engagement manager, analyze findings and prepare written reports and recommendationspending on project size, supervise other personnel, assign work, establish and maintain schedules, control project expenses and integrate individual work into a coherent and quality deliverable. entify sales opportunities and leads, which may come from meetings, clients, other consultants, sales force, vendors and others. sist in writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients.Qualifications:For this critical position must have TS/SCI CI poly.5-10 years of project management-experience within one of the Benchmarking areas: Enterprise Computing, Telecommunications, client & Peripherals, Helpdesk, Application Development or Outsourcing.
