Accounting Manager

For more than a decade, Impac has been solving tough application and technology issues for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. Our focus is implementing, adapting, and upgrading Oracle Application and Oracle Technology software to meet our diverse clients' needs. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team supporting our multi-state and Canadian operations. This position will be based out of our Vancouver, WA office and reports to our CFO. 

 

Responsibilities include hands-on oversight of our internal Oracle ERP system, accurate preparation of monthly financial statements and other financial reports; assisting in the preparation of tax schedules supporting monthly, quarterly and annual returns; performing detailed financial analysis; and managing accounting staff activities, including core areas in billing, payroll and accounts payable.  This position will also assist in maintaining adequate accounting, finance and project controls.

 

Qualified candidates will possess a BS degree in Accounting; 3-6 years of progressively responsible experience in an automated accounting environment; including A/P, A/R, payroll, budgeting, taxes, financial analysis, and staff supervision. CPA preferred. Experience using Oracle Financial applications as well as experience in the professional services area preferred.
