The Sales Support Coordinator will assist and support the Sales Support Representatives with establishing and developing quality business relationships to generate new business leads for a defined division. Essential Functions: Prospecting for new business opportunities and maintaining related data in CRM database Setting appointments with prospects for Business Development Managers within their geographic area of responsibility when appropriate Gathering competitive intelligence and wage information for local markets Coordinating follow up for events, trade shows and local advertising Qualifications: Associates degree preferred; training and experience may be used as an equivalency One or more years experience in a phone sales support/inside sales in a business-to-business environment  Excellent telephone presence and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, the internet and sales force automation programs Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proven ability to meet and exceed goals Maintains confidentiality of all information and data Ability to build strong working relationships with external and internal customers Follows directions and Sales Support Center processes, works well under stress and continuously works toward improving skill sets  To be eligible to apply for a posted position, current AlliedBarton employees  must: be an employee in good standing in terms of your overall work record, and have been in your current position, generally, for a minimum of six months.
