Tooling Engineer - Die Casting

My Client Company is a highly respected international automotive supplier with multiple manufacturing locations in North America.  They are currently seeking a highly motivated, talented and experienced individual for a TOOLING ENGINEER – DIE CASTING position in the Southeastern U.S.

 

The successful candidate should have:Five plus years in High Pressure Die Casting.Proven proficient background in tooling and repair.Degree in Engineering preferred.Automotive experience preferred.

 Responsibilities:Oversees customer tooling functions; tracking all revisions.Track tooling life and condition of the tools; managing repair schedules and coordinating continuous improvement activities.Monitors production problems and spare parts inventories creating counter measures as needed.



Location:  Greater Birmingham, AL area

 

Education:  Engineering Degree preferred

 

Compensation: To $85k plus excellent Medical, Retirement and Relocation Benefits
