Description:
Prominent Marketing and Financial Services Organization seeks VP - Marketing Compliance for solutions which have traditionally focused on SEC filing requirements and are now expanding to include eProxy and other Access=Delivery opportunities.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategy which addresses Access=Delivery (eProxy) rulings in the USEvaluate systems and companies in areas adjacent or complementary for partnerships or investmentsStrategic and product planning and product managementSupervise 4-8 direct reportsBe the spokesperson for industry/marketplace trendsHandle collaborative working environment where sales, marketing and IT are at the table

Qualifications:10+ years experienceExperience with Investor Relations and Transfer Agent activityDeep knowledge of public company SEC filing and notification requirements (10K, 8K, proxy, EDGAR)Understanding of current and future role of transfer agents and trends impacting beneficial versus registered shareholdersBachelor's Degree; MBA preferred (4261B~)
