Trust Operations Assistant

Nixon Peabody LLP, a 700 attorney law firm with 18 offices in the United States and internationally, is seeking a individual to assist the Operations professionals in the Boston Trust Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate to enter the fiduciary business.

The ideal potential candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office programs; have experience in creating Excel spreadsheets; possess great attention to detail and accuracy; be able to effectively prioritize; have flexibility to multi-task; and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills. The individual will be called upon to perform a variety of tasks, including making limited package deliveries twice daily in the downtown area. Candidates must have a BA/BS degree preferably in finance or a related area.
