Transcript Liaison/Billing Coordinator
We are a leading provider of legal support services seeking a Transcript Liaison/Billing Coordinator to join our highly trained team in our growing company. This position demands someone who is a skilled problem solver who can trouble shoot problems independently.
About the position:
Billing Coordinator responsibilities include handling the complexities of many contracts with multiple billing rates and exceptions. In addition to entering 200 invoices a day, you will be monitoring adherence to our procedures, answering customer inquiries, and meeting tight deadlines without fail.
Transcript Liaison responsibilities include acting as liaison between the court reporter and client, taking transcript orders from clients, communicating orders to court reporters, advising clients on status, coordinating with production to be sure the transcript is printed and bound, creating invoices and submitting to client, following up, and managing deadlines.
Requirements:
· Experience with high volume billing
· High volume court reporting agency experience helpful
· Good understanding of IT hardware
· Proficient with Outlook; basic Word and Excel
· Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge is helpful
