We are working on an exciting opportunity for admitted attorneys, with a minimum of FIVE years of experience to assist with trademark prosecution matters for an expanding television network. This is a six month contract position where the attorney could eventually stay on longer to become the primary point of contact for trademark prosecution matters. We are looking for someone who is able to manage trademark requests, dockets, administration, and specimen of use forms. The attorney will also liaise with outside counsel and conduct research on infringement issues and use. Copyright experience is a plus.
