Trademark Paralegals Needed!
Amazing mid-sized boutique law firm is looking for top notch Trademark specialists.
Domestic and International Trademark prosecution and litigation. Prosecution work is from inception to registration to post-registration maintenance, investigations, and searches. Litigation experience is also required including litigation software knowledge (Concordance). Litigation work is from filing to discovery to trial. Experience with online database and PTO filing experience also needed. Must be open to overtime when needed/non-exempt position. BA and Paralegal certificate preferred. Excellent computer skills – MS Office and Trademark software experience A+.
We’re looking for someone with a stable work background, great can-do attitude and who has strong communication and inter-personal skills. We want a team player who is responsive and proactive. Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-oriented projects and prioritize tasks. Must have a minimum of 2 years of Trademark experience!!!!
