Very Prestigious Mid-Town Law Firm seeks Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join practice group. Candidates MUST have a minimum of 2 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience, preferably in a law firm. A 4 year degree is also required.The paralegal will assist attorneys in all phases of complex [multi-state] commercial real estate transactions;Preparation of UCC fixture filingsPreparation of initial drafts of mortgages and mortgage amendmentsReview title commitments and surveysDraft Mortgage releases and UCC termination statementsOrganize and maintain client files from pre through post closingEngage in post closing follow - up
Additional duties:Prepare and file certificates of incorporation, formation, limited partnership, and foreign qualificationsPrepare initial drafts of LLC operating agreements, agreements of limited partnerships, subscription agreements and resolutions
