Texas Document Preparation/Title Review Specialist
Texas residential real estate law firm specializing in document preparation located in Rockwall, Texas, is seeking a document input specialist to input loan data necessary for a residential real estate document package.  Texas residential real estate documentation preparation experience is required.
The individual must be detailed, customer service oriented, and reliable. Must have excellent communication skills, extremely detailed, a proficient typist, able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced enviroment, and familiar with MS Word. Applicant must have experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and loan data. Title company experience and mortgage banking experience required. This is a contract position with no end date.
