Territory Manager - Santa Rosa
The Territory Manager will be responsible for growth within a territory primarily through securing new business as well as up-selling and cross-selling existing accounts, and retaining renewal revenue within law firms that have 1-50 attorneys. Open territory consists of Santa Rosa, San Rafael and Fairfield, CA. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Takes the lead with account team with territory planning for all solution lines - Effectively prioritize accounts based upon action planning to determine proper allocation of resources needed.- Meet or exceed full year new business, revenue, and solution line goals.- Collaborates/partners to drive new business and revenue goals.- Maintain and utilize available sales tools. - Provide accurate forecasts and grow business. - Network and build relationships within territory in order to further business relationship and initiate lead generation.- 60% of time spent on new business development (hunter role) and 40% spent with existing accountsOur client is looking for accomplished, self-starting, open-minded sales professionals for dynamic opportunities within the small law division. This person will work individually as well as work within a team environment in order to drive all solutions within the assigned territory.QUALIFICATIONS:- BS/BA Degree Preferred- 5 years successful B2B sales experience, preferably with selling complex solutions. - Must have good comprehension of technical tools and resources.- Experience in using Seibel software programs is desirable. - Account management and new business development experience with revenue responsibility. - Ability to Prioritize and leverage resources successfully- Some Travel Required- Strong work ethic.- Ability and commitment to learn a vast product offering.- Proficient in PC/Internet technologies.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Exceptional communication, presentation and teaming skills.Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
