Temp-to-Hire Contract Administrator

Special Counsel has a terrific temp-to-hire opportunity for a contracts administrator. You'll be working with an incredible and knowledgeable team.  The contract administrator reports directly to the general counsel.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  Organizing and maintaining all contracts and files, and assisting management in the contracting process from initiation to completion to on-going access archiving all original contracts, as well as preparing and preserving current operational contract files for daily corporate operations. Distribute documents, circulate, and initiate contract for signature and follow up regarding correspondence to clients for counter-signatures on documents and/or contracts Support internal customers with full range of contract support and contract tracking.  Interact with members of sales and operations departments, project management, corporate officers, as well as other departments as contracts and contract data are required Draft customer agreement summaries/ spreadsheets Edit contract request for routine pre-approved changes to standard contracts. QUALIFICATIONS  7+ years experience Paralegal Certificate Bachelor’s Degree preferred Proficiency in Spanish highly preferred Ability to work independently and as a team member to support the departmental goals. Ability to effectively plan and organize projects with heavy daily workload. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain professional conduct and portray excellence and professionalism in all aspects of daily work attitude and performance. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
