BS or equivalent preferred 2. 2-4 years proven customer service experience and managing partner or customer accounts 3. Experience with XML or HTML a must 4. Knowledge of SQL and Seibel a plus 5. Programming experiences preferred 6. Strong Customer Service, relationship development and customer satisfaction skills 7. Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skills 8. Understanding of professional research process ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of LexisNexis Risk Management products and solutions and how they apply to the customers needs 9. Strong communication skills 10. Self Motivated 11. Proven ability to promptly manage and respond to numerous tasks 12. Proficiency on Word, Outlook and Excel 13. Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goalsAccountabilities: 1. Report operational, production, builds and quality problems. 2. Professionally maintain relationships with peers, internal and external customers/data providers. 3.
