TRUSTS & ESTATES PARALEGAL - Large Law Firm - to $75,000+ (Los Angeles)
Large law firm seeks an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal.
You will be replacing a paralegal who has been with the Firm for 15+ years and is now retiring.
Duties include managing all aspects of trust accounting and administration. This includes drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning forms; preparing probate papers, state and federal estate and inheritance tax returns, federal gift tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and state and federal fiduciary income tax returns.
You should have 3+ years of relevant experience.
