Special Counsel is the nation's leading legal staffing firm, a division of the Fortune 1000 corporation MPS Group (NYSE: MPS). Our Florham Park, NJ office has been successfully staffing legal personnel in the NJ marketplace since 1994. We are currently seeking attorneys and paralegals interested in long-term and short-term temporary projects with the following experience: ATTORNEYS: Admitted attorneys and JD’s with 6+ months of electronic document review experience; attorneys with contract management experience including reviewing drafting and negotiating technology agreements and/or pharmaceutical agreements; admitted attorneys with toxic tort litigation and deposition experience; admitted attorneys with 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience. PARALEGALS: 2+ years of litigation experience with a large law firm; entry level paralegals with a BA who are team oriented; 2+ years of contract management experience including contract review and negotiating and management of contract database; 1+ year of T&E experience; 3+ years of commercial real estate experience including commercial lease review.  Special Counsel offers highly competitive pay rates and excellent benefits.Please submit your resume to newjersey@specialcounsel.com .Contact Special Counsel directly to learn more about our current opportunities – 973.360.1901(T) Company: Special Counsel, Inc.
