Site Managers needed in SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

Merrill Corporation, a diversified communications and document service company is seeking Site Managers for it's Seattle, Washinton location.  The ideal candidate for this position will have experience managing people over several shifts, with a strong knowledge of copy or mail facility services.   RESPONSIBILITIES: - Extensive client interaction with primary focus of achieving and surpassing client service goals.- Responsible for managing the day to day operations of a site at the most efficient level. This will include assignment of jobs, scheduling of staff, monitoring timely completion of jobs.- Monitors work in process to assure it conforms to client instructions, production and quality standards, paper use and waste.- Follows up with customer upon completion of jobs for quality assurance purposes.Coordinates complex customer jobs. - Performs personnel supervisory responsibilities including selection, appraisal, review, discipline, termination, job assignments. Recommends salary changes, promotions, transfers.- Orients and coaches staff- Develops process improvements and identifies opportunity for service enhancements.- Establishes and implements standard procedures for site operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - An Associate's Degree required.  Bachelor's degree preferred.- Solid understanding of reprographics, procedures and equipment capabilities.- A minimum of 1-3 years experience in document processing services for a law firm preferred.- A minimum of 1-3 years previous management experience in a related field required.- Extensive client interaction with primary focus of achieving and surpassing client service goals.- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed.- Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.- Proven ability to problem-solve.- Strong and effective decision making skills necessary to prioritize workload, assign staff, etc.- Writing and verbal communication skills adequate for client communication.- Basic financial analysis and math skills required for budgeting, payroll, etc.- Proven customer service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. All candidates should possess previous experience in a comparable position with management responsibility. Experience in a law firm environment is a must!
