Services Compliance Manager

Are you’re an experienced regulatory compliance expert with excellent analysis and decision-making skills?  If so, then consider becoming a part of the Circuit City team as a Manager, Services Compliance on our firedog Services team today! As the Services Compliance Manager, you will plan, direct and manage the activities and teams involved in the development, implementation, and administration of compliance for Services.  You are responsible for internal business and personnel licensing compliance of high voltage, low voltage, and security related services.  You will ensure compliance with all governmental regulations including federal, state, county, and township levels pertaining to selling and installation of product services and installations  Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Develop team through coaching, mentoring, and facilitating organizational learning Utilize subject matter expertise to lead a team of analysts who work collaboratively with Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, and Tax Departments  Align corporate structure with strategic measures for licensing compliance by state, occupational, and individual levels Work closely with federal, state, and local governmental organizations to ensure service businesses are not disrupted Utilize good judgment and makes appropriate business decisions to minimize the company’s risk of non-compliance Promote growth and awareness of compliance services operations  Preferred Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum 5 years documented experience and proven knowledge of regulatory legal compliance and contractor licensing  Management, OSHA, or government experience, a plus National Certified Finger Printer and Virginia Notary, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, take the next step to becoming a part of the Circuit City team!
