We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV for a Service Desk Manager.

The Service Desk Manager will serve as the leader for Orrick's Service Desk team, ensuring that processes and personnel are matched to the firm's business needs for internal support; serving as the primary customer service advocate; and supervising the work of Service Desk team members based in the firm's Global Operations Center located in Wheeling, West Virginia. The Service Desk Manager will also manage a range of Service Operations projects as directed by the firm's Manager, User Support.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Service Desk management skills. • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.• Strong customer service orientation.• Proven experience coordinating efforts relating to the design, development, implementation or modification of business processes, software and hardware solutions, systems, or products. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multitask assignments, and to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation required. • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.• Highly self motivated and directed.• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.• HDI and/or ITIL certification.• Excellent computer/Internet skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. • Initiative in working with end users and third parties required.• College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, or management information systems preferred. 5-7 years related work experience (prior law firm experience preferred).
