Location: New York, NY 10001Your location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend My client, an intellectual property law firm is currently seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years domestic and foreign trademark experience for its New York office. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for global trademark management, including U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, maintenance, searching, clearance and enforcement Assisting attorneys with TTAB filings and working with docketer on docketing for TTAB proceedings Conducting research on trademark law as necessary Preparing and recording assignments Communicating with clients verbally and through correspondence Handling special projects as assignedRequirements · At least 5 years of solid experience with U.S. and foreign trademarks· Familiarity with worldwide trademark laws and procedures, including Madrid Protocol· Familiarity with TTAB procedures· Ability to conduct preliminary trademark searches, perform preliminary analysis and use the Internet for research· Familiarity with TEAS electronic filing procedures· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Strong organizational skills; ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and manage deadlines Interested and qualified candidates only, please forward resumes to john.mclaughlin@hudson.com .
