Required Experience:Six to seven years of corporate experience to work in a diversified corporate practice.Candidate must have substantial experience in more than one principal corporate practice area, such as 34 Act reporting, M&A, lending, fund formation, etc. Candidate will be expected to perform at a senior or near-senior level with moderate to little supervision.
