The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities This position exists to provide day-to-day computer-related support, conduct computer-related training, develop automation solutions for all territory employees and participate in company/territory computer-related rollouts.Qualifications 1. 2-4 years in a technical or computer related environment 2. Technical problem solving and customer service skills with strong PC software and hardware knowledge 3. Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft applications 4. Experience with Microsoft networking, e-mail, internet/intranet applications and dial-up networking configuration and troubleshooting 5.
