We invite you to join our team!  One of Wisconsin’s finest law firms, Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized Receptionist to join our Madison office.

 

We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced individual who possesses the ability to handle a high volume of communication with accuracy and attention to detail.  Duties include operating the firm’s switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls, greeting clients and visitors, directing guests to appropriate persons as well as performing a variety of secretarial or administrative projects for legal staff members. 

 

Successful candidates will exhibit congenial telephone etiquette and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and all levels of personnel within the firm.  Additionally, the ability to convey a positive, professional and friendly image is extremely important.  This position requires a minimum of one year related office experience, the ability to handle a variety of tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
