RECEPTIONIST/LEGAL SECRETARY
Small comfortable busy at times law firm is seeking a moderately experienced Receptionist/Legal Secretary who would report to the office manager and one attorney.
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, responding to all incoming calls and as such, a pleasant voice and strong communication skills are a  must.  You will also be required to draft multiple correspondences to clients, insurance companies and medical providers and, be responsible for inputting our client paper files into the computer system.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft MS Word a must, and you must always be at work on time.
Flexible hours, 30-35 hrs a week. Competive salary with free parking available. No benefits.
